<b>Ingrediente</b>:<br />
- 300 ml lapte;<br />
- 4 linguri cacao;<br />
- 20 g unt;<br />
- 500 g zahar;<br />
- 4 oua;<br />
- 200 g faina;<br />
- 1 pliculet praf de copt;<br />
- 3 picaturi esenta de rom.<br />
<br />
<b>Mod de preparare:</b><br />
<br />
Intr-un ibric se pune untul, zaharul, laptele si cacoa. Se da in clocot de cateva ori, apoi se lasa la racit.<br />
Peste compozitia racita se adauga galbenusurile, se mixeaza, apoi romul, faina, praful de copt si albusurile batute spuma.<br />
Se pune compozitia intr-o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt si se da la cuptor pentru 40 minute (dupa 30 minute se verifica si se inteapa cu o scobitoare pe toata suprafata).<br />
Dupa ce se raceste putin se intinde orice crema de ciocolata aveti la indemana (eu folosesc Nutella).<br />
